“Don’t underestimate the value of Doing Nothing, of just going along, listening to all the things you can’t hear, and not bothering.” There has to be a balance between working towards your goals and dreams, and relaxing and doing nothing. If you spend all your time striving for something, you will get burnt out. Each week, take time to do pretty much nothing. Walk by yourself, stare at the sky, go out in the woods. Something simple that doesn't require anything from you except for your time! You will be able to relax fully, and then you'll be more confident and stress-free when returning to your goals!
