“Nobody can be uncheered with a balloon.” Being happy has a lot to do with appreciating the things you have. Don't only let yourself be happy when you accomplish something big. Let yourself be happy every day by focusing on the things you might usually take for granted! Sit down and take 2 minutes to think about the things you appreciate (and should appreciate more). I've found that when I appreciate 1 thing, I start appreciating everything! It might not sound like much. But this simple 2 minute exercise can help you to uncover a lot of the happiness that is already in your daily life.
