Slowly incorporate dry and wet ingredients together. Divide batter into a lined muffin pan. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Allow cupcakes to cool completely before frosting. CREAM CHEESE FROSTING Makes about 3 cups 12 tablespoons butter, softened 8 ounces cream cheese 3 cups powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional) Creaming together butter and cream cheese for 1-2 minutes. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Continue to mix for 1-2 minutes.
