@photogandy Interesting! Do you know why the statue was created? I'm not used to seeing nighttime photographs of statues, so this is an interesting spin on that.

If I read the plaque right it was to celebrate the people who help rebuilt the area after the flood in 2011. On the post on the other side they have the flood levels marked for 2011 and 1952, looks like it was pretty high. i snaped a shot of it in the day, i didn't see it during the night.
