Four and a Half Ways to Look Beautiful Without Makeup
Somedays your skin just needs a break. Personally, I have no qualms with walking around with no makeup, but I know plenty of people who won't go out without "putting their face on." Here are four (and a half) easy ways to make your skin look beautiful without makeup and to become a more confident, comfortable you.
1. Make SPF your new BFF.
It's such a simple tweak to make. Just apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen each day during your morning routine to help keep your skin looking as young and healthy as possible.
2. Drink your morning cup of hot... water?
I love me a nice cup of tea to start the morning, but lately I have been making the switch to plain old hot water with lemon.
Incorporating a cup of hot water and lemon is one of the best things you could do for yourself in the morning. Not only does it help to wake up your senses but it purifies your body of toxins, while also reducing your chance of future skin issues.
3. Get your scrub on.
A simple exfoliation twice a week will make sure that your dry, dead skin cells don't block up your pores.

4. Keep your hands off.
We all do it – resting your chin in your hand, rubbing your eyes or massaging your forehead. It feels good for a moment but in the long run it's hurting your skin.
Since the skin on our face is the most delicate on our body, it is easily damaged, stretched, and torn.
Another major factor is confidence. Feeling beautiful in your own skin makes you look beautiful in your own skin. Celebrate the real you and put down that concealer!
