I love this music video by Natalia Lafourcade. It is originally by the Mexican singer/songwriter legend, Agustin Lara. I'm not entirely sure if I'm correct, but this song, to me, is a song dedicated to an "aventurera", an adventurous woman. The main line of the song says "sell your love very expensive"...in other words, don't sell yourself short...be careful with your heart and don't stop loving and being adventurous. It's a sweet song and Mexican singer/songwriter Natalia Lafourcade was able to capture the beauty of it in her wonderful music video. My favorite part is when the mother is scolding her daughter for wearing revealing clothing and she suddenly starts dancing when the song starts. She is "aventurera" and has grown bitter with age...but with the song is reminded her ability to love and embrace life joyfully.
