David Taylor went on a 212-mile bike ride to create a piece of art. Cycling around Bournemouth and the New Forest in the UK, Taylor mapped his ride through the help of the popular cycling app Strava.
The piece of art he made, if you haven't seen the picture, is a massive bicycle. Using various street routes, this project took Taylor 212 miles, 7201 feet, and 13 hours.
The route is now named the "Big Bike" segment, which Taylor is obviously the King of the Mountain. I highly doubt anyone will be challenging Taylor anytime soon, given the distance and the respectable 16.3 mph he averaged over it.
If you want to check out the Strava ride and give him some kudos for that epic journey, here is a link to the ride: http://app.strava.com/activities/197409492#4650170027
