@EightyNine It's not. I saw Game 3 is postponed but I'm hoping the Os still have some of the quality they've shown from the regular left and show it. Royals look too good at the moment.
@EightyNine I'm pulling so hard for the Os to win it all so I can see the Os and Giants in the World Series. Hopefully the Os win it all. I'm not an Os fan by the way.
@spudsy2061 O's not looking so good so far. Hopefully they can steal some games at KC!
@Spudsy2061 The Giants definitely played a gutsy series. Who do you think will win the league championship matchups? I got the Giants and Royals
Really didn't like either team but San Fran was clearly better this series. Washington would be disappointed not to have gotten farther after the season they had.

MLB Top Plays of the Day (09/20/15)
Here are your Top 5 Plays of the Day! 5. Matt Duffy (San Francisco Giants) A ground ball hit slowly on the third baseline wasn't going to stop Matt Duffy make this amazing play! He made the throw across his body and retired Nick Ahmed to end the inning. The ball looked like it was going to be an infield hit but Duffy made this exceptional play and let the Giants to a 5-1 win over the Diamondbacks. 4. Chase Utley (Los Angeles Dodgers) The ball was shot up the middle but Chase Utley smothered the ball and made a perfect throw on one knee to first to get the out! The 36 year-old veteran has shown strong defense throughout his entire career and this was just one more play that he added to his repertoire. The Dodgers however fell to the Pirates 4-3. 3. David Murphy (Los Angeles Angels) A strong line drive was hit to left field but David Murphy wasn't going to allow any hits. Murphy chased the ball, lunged for it, and made a beautiful diving catch to end the inning. HIs team however fell to the hot Twins 8-1. 2. Eugenio Suarez (Cincinnati Reds) Eugenio Suarez backhanded that ball and it was a long throw to first. It seemed like a very close call but the first base umpire first ruled the play safe. Reds manager Bryan Price however wasn't going to let it go without a challenge. And after a video review, the decision was overturned and his amazing play even got better with that out. It's always so tough to get a lot out of a throw like that but he made it into a perfect play. The Reds however lost 8-4 against the Milwaukee Brewers. 1. Jason Heyward (St. Louis Cardinals) It was a fly ball lifted into right field. Heyward however wasn't going to be satisfied with just one out. He throws a laser beam to home plate and gets it in time for two outs. He got into a perfect throwing position, it was a perfect throw, and he wowed everyone with a double play. And the Cardinals who are the number one ranked team in the MLB, beat the Chicago Cubs, the third best team in the MLB 4-3. Now that was your Top 5 Plays of the Day from last night's games! Things Only San Francisco Giants Fans Understand!
Well, now that the Super Bowl is over, let's get excited for baseball season! As I've told many people, baseball is my favorite sport. It is indeed the love of my life and I can outright say that although I'm sad football season is over, I am so excited that baseball season will be starting very soon. And even though we haven't played a single game, my friends and I are already talking about who we think is going to win the 2016 World Series. My answer? The San Francisco Giants. So to honor all the Giants fans out there, (this one's for you @ChristopherKenn), here is a card dedicated to fans that speak Giants as their second language. 1. Even Year Enough said right? Just in case you don't know what this means for Giants fans, the Giants are good on even years. I mean really good (well I guess since 2010). Anyways, they are so good that the Giants have won the World Series in 2010, 2012, and 2014. Now you know why Giants fans are excited that it's an even year - 2016. 2. Wearing Orange and Black in October! Why are Giants fans rocking orange and black in October? Well I can say one thing for sure. It has nothing to do with Halloween or autumn. They are just showing their favorite team their full support! 3. Work? No Victory Parade! I mean fans could get tired of going to a victory parade if they win a World Series ring every two years...but not the Giants fans. Your boss would definitely understand if you took a day off to attend the victory parade. Employers should be prepared this year since it's an even year. 4. Hunter Pence's Stolen Scooter Giants fans know Hunter Pence loves his scooter. He loves it so much that he doesn't go to work by taking his car like all the other players. Instead, he pulls out his scooter and rides it to work. So when his scooter was stolen and he asked for help on Twitter, every Giants fan went on searching for Pence's scooter. And eventually...a fan found it! It was a collective effort by the entire Giants fan base. 5. Beat L.A. There is nothing you hate more than the Dodgers if you are a Giants fan. So, you don't care if the Dodgers are playing a different team. A Dodgers' loss is as good as a Giants' win. And if the Giants are playing the Dodgers? They better win, because those games against the Dodgers are the most important games of the season. BEAT LA! Any Giants fans out there? You guys think the Giants will win this year's World Series?
The 5 Strangest Superstition in Sports!
Hello sports fans! It's Friday the 13th! Here are some of the strangest superstitions in sports! Michael Jordan Michael always wore his UNC shorts under his NBA shorts. Thus, he wore longer shorts than his fellow players at that time. In the end however, his fellow players followed suit after the legend. Serena Williams Serena Williams is known for not changing socks once during a tournament. It sucks to wear a pair of socks for more than a day...imagine how it would feel to wear the same socks for an entire tournament! I guess Serena doesn't mind it considering the number of tournaments she has won. Brian Ulracher Brian Ulracher ate two chocolate chip cookies before every game. Maybe that was the secret to his muscular body. I think it'd be fair to call him the "Cookie Monster". Caron Butler Caron Butler was known to be an avid fan of Mountain Dew. He loved the drink so much that he drank before and during every game. During his UNC days, he asked his wife to pick him a 2-L bottle of the green stuff, and drank half of it before the game, and the rest during half-time. In 2007, the Wizards and NBA banned him from drinking it during games so he eventually quit the whole thing in 2009. Moises Alou This one has to be the most f*cked up one out of all of them. Moises Alou used to pee on his own hands to harden them! Should we see that as commitment to the game of baseball or just some pretty weird ass shit? Oh and by the way, don't try to harden your hands by peeing on them ladies and gentlemen, because doctors have confirmed that peeing on your hand doesn't harden them. It actually softens them. @jeff4122 @ButterflyBlu @superiorsl @Starbell808 @DonnaMelton @InPlainSight @jokes @BEAUTYgirlARIEL @David19Flo23 @karencorchado @salahabdalla @Moose892 @BrookieyElba @SamuelRodriguez @ValerieAlissaPa @xitlalicordova1 @AndrewMaldonado @Jovi @Shippudenguy21 @AbdulrahmanSaad @trinityarcangel @thefeels @Link4TW @ChriSingularis @sanazsanaz @WilliamBrown @DannyMoses @ClaySharko @Ravenwing92 @FromBlue2U @TravisBeck @LemissaNicole @BossDominata @gatorchick96 @MatthewBoughton @MarcusJiles @BrandonMcNeil @MalikLawary @KyleBerke @manbungo2000 @DerekGumtow @havic @Straightshooter @PhilAnthony @Kirooken @yaakattackk @RodneyYoung @DreJones @JonathanKerns @bnzattoni @TravisManning @GalacticChakra @smothgreen @afxs @johnnolastname @ChristopherKenn @ChasePage @coreywriley91@MikeWolf @MrTenThirty @JasonNilsson @BrunoDutch @SherzTYC @krishntejanand @addri @ChrisStephens What was your favorite one from the list?
