Microsoft CEO Tells Women to Trust the System & Not Ask For Raises
This is so discouraging. CEO Satya Nadella told an audience of women in the tech industry to not ask for raises, that good karma will hopefully bring them raises. SMH. What do you all think? His exact words: "It’s not really about asking for the raise, but knowing and having faith that the system will actually give you the right raises as you go along..that's good karma. It will come back...that's the kind of person that I want to trust, that I want to give more responsibility to."

@TechatHeart I feel like what he meant was "work hard, regardless of your gender, and you'll be rewarded appropriately" but that is NOT what he said....
