What's your opinion on eating the skin. I have a few friends who love it and a few friends who hate it but its mostly based on texture. Isn't there more fiber in the skin?

@caricakes Actually eating with the skin on retains more vitamins and it definitely has more fiber. However, the furry texture throws people off.
