I know that most of these poses are already mentioned in my Yoga for Stress Relief collection ( but you can never get enough reminders and tips for any one yoga pose. Even the corpse pose has a million details to take into consideration to make sure you are getting as much benefit from the move as possible. This infographic does a wonderful job in illustrating these poses, so have a wonderful practice!

I like that this child pose uses a support, sometimes this move hurts my hips without a pillow or something.
