‘Lost’ Alum Joining Game of Thrones
Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje who played Mr. Eko on Lost will be joining the cast of Game of Thrones as Malko, an original character to the television version of George R.R. Martin’s books. Adewale was a fan favorite on Lost, as well as Oz and fans are very excited to see more original characters coming to Westeros. There are also rumors that Gwyneth Keyworth will be joining the Game of Thrones cast as Clea, though this hasn’t been confirmed yet.

sweet, I can't wait to see his character! I don't really know much about Clea yet, just what I read online that she's a prostitute but my friend who loves Misfits loves that actress so she's gotta be cool c:

@AgentCory I'm excited as well, I don't really know anything about Gwyneth but I'm excited all the same.

@pixiedust yeah, what I like actually is that it makes the show its own thing. a lot of times it seems like shows or movies based on books are trying really hard to be faithful, which is good but its also really good to do things differently to make it unique, you know? the best example I know of is the differences between the radio show, the books, the tv show, and the movie of Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy (if you know it). every one is different and uses whatever the medium is instead of trying to make them all the same.

@AgentCory great point! I haven't read Hitchhikers Guide in years now, and I've never actually heard or seen the other versions. I'll have to check them out now and see what the differences are!
