recipe about 3 lbs of cooked sweet potatoes 2 can of carnation evap milk 1 can carnation condensed milk 2 pkgs philly cream cheese 2 cups sugar 1/2 c honey 2 tbs pure vanilla 2 tbs all purpose flour 2 sticks land o lake butter 6 whole brown eggs mix all ingredients. pour in pie crust and bake in 350 degree F oven for an hour...enjoy!

@pixiedust, its so rewarding and exciting when harvesting sweet potatoes because you cant see the fruit and believe me it taste a lot better than store bought potatoes.

@ stargaze, im filipino so i know that the leaves are edible and good for you greens. hence, in my previous post i had it cooked with spicy coconut milk and shrimps and that dish is similar to "laing" where they use the taro leaves but here i used the potatoe tops.

@carolinian87 that's wonderful! Someday I hope to be able to grow my own produce like this, but it's a bit hard where I am. As you said it sound really rewarding!
