THIS RECIPE IS: Dairy Free|Vegan COOK TIME 15 INGREDIENTS 1 cup semi-sweet dairy free chocolate chips ½ cup vegan butter substitute (I used Earth Balance Organic Whipped Buttery Spread) 1/8 tsp. sea salt PREPARATION In a double broiler, or in a microwave stirring every 20 seconds, melt chocolate chips. Set aside to cool for about 10 minutes. In a large mixing bowl, cream together vegan butter substitute and sea salt until light and fluffy. Add melted chocolate and beat until combined. Spoon over your favorite desserts. When the glaze cools it will harden.
