The big one, the match of the month, the moment we've all been waiting for. On Saturday Real Madrid host Barcelona in what is a class of giants, money, and championship potential.
Barcelona come into the game with only a 0-0 draw against Malaga to blemish an 100% record but still having yet to concede a goal. Real Madrid have won all 5 of their last 5 after dropping the opening 2 games. News is that Real Madrid forward Gareth Bale will be out of action for the game with a thigh injury. Barcelona also will have Uruguayan striker Luis Suarez, although the team did not particularly need him for the past 8 games, scoring 22 goal in the process.
Madrid on the other hand have scored 30, ten of which have come from Cristiano Ronaldo in 4 games. Barca will probably benefit from a high line defensive to catch him offsides while starting Suarez on the bench.
I fancy Real Madrid for this one. If Barcelona start Suarez I don't think he will be able to just pick it up right where he left off, and CR7's form make him very hard to beat. Couple that with Real Madrid's other goal scoring potential and I think they will prove too much for Barca in the end.
CR7 scores a brace.
Suarez nets his first goal of the campaign.
Real Madrid 3-2 Barcelona
