30 Minute No-Equipment Workout
With the winter months coming, I am collecting as many indoor workouts as I can, especially ones that do not require me leaving my warm cozy house for the dreaded gym. This is an easy 30 minute workout that will target each major muscle group! Enjoy! Do 3 sets of 12-15 reps of each a/b group. Take a 0-30 second rest between each group, and include a 5 minute cool-down walk :)

I seriously love the glute bridges ahhahaha I just do those for fun, not a workout :)
@sophiamor That's my favorite move! I hate going to the gym when the weather is bad so I love stay-at-home workouts :)
My only problem is my room is too small to really do these so I get frustrated and just lay in my bed pretending I worked out haha
