Pumpkin seeds are my favorite fall snack. With all the pumpkin carving this Halloween, you can bake those seeds and turn them into a healthy treat. Ingredients: 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted 1 tablespoon curry powder 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt Pinch cayenne pepper 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. 3. Place on a baking sheet and cook for 4 to 7 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown. 4. Remove from the oven and cool. 5. Serve or store in an airtight container.
