- Greek Yogurt
Using Greek yogurt as a face or body wash is actually a great way to exfoliate. Although there are also no scrubbing granules, so this is an ideal exfoliant for sensitive skin.
Apply a little organic honey in the evening and wake up to smooth, yummy lips. This trick also works to soothe cracked heels and rough elbows.
- Vitamin C
Vitamin C naturally feeds your skin from inside and makes it less prone to dryness. Try adding some organic dark chocolate, salmon, oranges, mango, and carrots to your diet!
