The growing awareness of coeliac disease is encouraging people to remove gluten from their diet to take a more holistic approach. Not only do we see a rise of gluten-free labels on food products, but the beauty industry is also taking a step forward. Below is a list of gluten-free beauty products I personally like. 1. EOS Smooth Sphere Lip Balm It comes in a fun packaging, 100% natural and USDA-certified organic, with shea butter and vitamin E. My favorite flavor is Sweet Mint. 2. Afterglow Cosmetics I don't usually put on makeup because I have sensitive skin. However, I do like wearing eye shadow and light foundation occassionally. Most of Afterglow's products contains no parabens, nanos, bismuth oxychloride, synthetic dyes or gluten. 3. Desert Essence Gentle Nourishing Day Cream SPF 15 As I mentioned earlier, I have sensitive skin. Fragrance-free products are my best friend. Dessert Essence's day cream is perfect. I love how this product contains aloe vera, white tea extract and SPF. 4. Tom’s of Maine Simply White Toothpaste This is my favorite toothpaste and the reason is simple: no artificial colors, fragrance, or preservatives. 5. Morrocco Method Apple Cider Vinegar Shampoo My hair scalp definitely looks better after using this shampoo. It's cruelty-free, vegan and contains no soy, gluten, GMOs and SLS. I love how it increase blood flow to the scalp and helps balance the pH of my hair. 6. Seed Body Cream Especially during Fall and Winter my skin gets really dry and itchy. This body cream is hydrating and I love the smell of grape seed. And of course, it’s gluten-, dairy- and soy-free.
Where do you order your shampoo?
Whoa! Cool list, I actually never thought of gluten in beauty products.
That shampoo sounds awesome. I might just get it. I sort of hate all the chemicals in normal clarifying shampoos.
Have been an avid user of Tom's products. As always quality is amazing.
