I've always wanted to make my own jam and I think this winter I'm really going to do it!! Here's a fun recipe for something I've never had before: Mulberry Jam! To make the jam you will need: 2 cups of mulberries 1 cinnamon stick 4 cloves 1/4 cup chia seeds 1/2 cup of castor sugar 1/3 cup of water Rinse the berries and remove the stems. Throw all the ingredients into a pot and bring to the boil. Take off from the heat when the jam has thickened. Remove the spices and allow the jam to fully cool before serving. Keep in an air tight container in the fridge. So easy!

I always love getting jam as a gift! @flymetothemoon, my neighbor makes me apricot jam from apricots she grows in her garden! Maybe @carolinian87 will find use for this recipe!

I've always wanted to make my own jam as well. I'm actually thinking of taking a class this winter, but this is perfect for home practice.

@flymetothemoon I've made mulberry pies before, their seeds are so small that you don't even notice them once you boil it :)
