I've always wanted to make my own jam and I think this winter I'm really going to do it!! Here's a fun recipe for something I've never had before: Mulberry Jam! To make the jam you will need: 2 cups of mulberries 1 cinnamon stick 4 cloves 1/4 cup chia seeds 1/2 cup of castor sugar 1/3 cup of water Rinse the berries and remove the stems. Throw all the ingredients into a pot and bring to the boil. Take off from the heat when the jam has thickened. Remove the spices and allow the jam to fully cool before serving. Keep in an air tight container in the fridge. So easy!
