Panaskan minyak dalam wajan besar antilengket di atas api sedang-tinggi. 2. Tambahkan tahu, dan taburi dengan garam. Masak 8 menit atau sampai coklat keemasan, aduk dengan sering. Angkat dari wajan. 3. Tambahkan santan dan kari bubuk ke dalam panci, dan masak 1 menit, aduk terus. 4. Tambahkan wortel, lada, nanas, dan paprika, masak 5 menit, aduk sesekali. 5. Masukkan tahu.
