So important - I think it really helps to know that being content isn't something that just "happens" at a certain point, or when you've acquired a certain amount, but rather a state of mind that you can hone and practice no matter what your circumstances.

@WordDoctor I couldn't agree more! I think this might actually be one of my favorite Botton quotes (he actually annoys me a lot of the time). Being happy and loving what you do is such a state of mind! It's easy to leave there, and it's easier than we like to believe to get back, as long as we just practice!
