Shea butter contains a good deal of Vitamin A and Vitamin E. It also has proven anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties. Because of this, shea butter has the ability to take care of a number of skin problems: ~ Soothe sunburn ~ Heal dry skin ~ Stop a skin rash ~ Protect skin against cold weather ~ Stop insect bites from itching ~ Help with stretch mark prevention ~ Helps soothe burns ~ Heals dry, cracked feet You can even use it in your hair!!! -

I usually don't mind what type of lotion I use, but I'm convince to buy shea butter lotion.

I didn't know it could soothe sunburns. I know that any moisture is good for burnt skin but I'll have to try shea butter next time!

"Heals dry, cracked feet" I'm convinced. My soles are pretty dry especially the heels.

Palmer's now sells a great blend of Shea Butter in select stores, like Walmart. It doesn't apply as smooth over winter but is otherwise my favorite body butter, even over cocoa butter.
