Downhill and freeride are the two biggest aspects of longboarding, and I will agree they should focus on the other ones because they're growing quickly, but for now they're still underdogs. As for silverfish, I've looked at plenty reviews (I usually do a month or so before buying anything) and a lot of them say very different things, so I tend to stay away from silverfish now, mainly because I don't know who is right and who is wrong, and who to believe and not believe.
Yeah man its a collection of other people's opinion you are supposed to go through and sort out who to follow and just so you know freestyle dancing and slalom were the first but I'm not here to correct you. freeride is the newest btw
I knew they were the first, but since longboarding died out in the 90's and early 2000's, they've been making a comeback. They're still going to get larger, but for the time being freeride and downhill are most popular.
whats popular is freeride in the north americas and Australia, racing in africa and south america
and ldp in europe
