What a season so far for the Cleveland Browns. Despite not having Josh Gordon, Jordan Cameron, and Alex Mack, the Browns shut down the Bengals offense and ran over the Bengals defense with their running back trio. All three Browns running backs scored a touchdown and they totaled 169 yards on 51 (!) carries. Brian Hoyer did not throw any touchdowns or interceptions, but made short smart throws that converted third downs when they needed them. Andy Dalton had a game to forget. Just a few weeks since being the hero of the team when he scored on a goal line play on 4th down against the Ravens, he turned in a horrible performance. Dalton went 10/33 for 86 yards, 0 touchdowns and 3 INTs for a QBR of 4.3. That kind of performance is inexcusable when you have one of the premier talents in the game AJ Green. Dalton just signed a $100 million deal in the offseason and you have to think the Bengals are muttering under their breath if they made a big mistake. The Browns are now tied for the top of the division with the Steelers. This is going to be a tight race!
@Spudsy2061 Well to be fair they've gone through a decade of crap so I would be excited too. I'm excited for them even though I'm not a BRowns fan.
My boss is work is all like "ZOMG Browns" now because she's originally from Ohio and they're what? 6-3 I think I overheard the other day.
