Precision trucks are machined to a finer degree and made more precisely.

@IsaacPaulR precisions are CNC cut from a solid block of aluminum, it creates tighter tolerances and keeps the axles straight. They do not have slop and grip better for those reasons. Cast trucks come out of the mold bent and have bubbles in the metal from the molding process.
