Fit-Mom Workout
I found this little workout guide really helpful. Even if you don't do all of the moves, trying to incorporate a few of these into your daily schedule will have you feeling stronger, energized, and fit! If you'd rather try this while your child is napping, use dumbbells or a weighted ball to complete the moves :)
