An autumn to winter no bake easy dessert. Prep time: 5 minutes Cook time: 2 hours, 15 minutes Ingredients: 2 cups white chocolate chips 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk dash of salt 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup dried cranberries 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans Instructions: line an 8 x 8 square pan with aluminum foil. spray with baking spray and set aside. In a large sauce pan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and salt. stir occasionally until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is smooth. (if little bits of chocolate remain, keep stirring. the mixture should be completely smooth.) remove from heat; stir in vanilla, cranberries and pecans. chill in refrigerator for 2 hours, or until firm. cut into bite sized pieces. enjoy!
