Denver Police accused of using excessive force, illegal search
A video submerged of a Denver Police officer punching an unarmed suspect in the face six times, then moments later, tripping the man’s seven-and-a-half-months pregnant girlfriend. A witness who recorded the assault and arrest on his tablet said police then seized his tablet, over his objections, and when they returned it to him, the video of the arrest was missing. However, the witness said he was able to recover the 55 second video clip because his tablet had stored it in the cloud. No matter how you look at it, no one deserves to get punched in the face repeatedly while on the ground restrained. You can clearly see from the video the man was not being combative..

I am confused. They beat him up this badly for a miscellaneous charge (he posted bail i assume) all while knowing that they were being taped? Are they stupid or just really don't care?

@Goyo Probably just don't care because they know nothing will happen to them

@JenniferGurnham there are bad cops and good cops. Just like there are bad people and good people. I just hope these bad cops are identified so that they do not ruin the reputation of all cops
