I heard that blending can also damage the vitamins and proteins due to the high heat and shredding of the blades. Don't know if it's true or not but I saw it in a Hurom commercial
I love raw food in general (hence my no-bake desserts collection^^) It was an interesting transition, but now I find I love raw things more than many cooked foods!
