Winter Writing: Senses of the Season
Hello everyone! Today begins the winter writing prompts: I hope to continue these for as long as there is a chance of snow this winter, so I hope you'll all find time to participate. Feel free to leave your response in the comments, or, leave a link to the card where you share your piece! It can be a poem, a short story, a true piece: anything you want! Enjoy! "Write about one of the five senses (related to your winter experience): The smells of winter The sights of winter The sounds of winter The touch of winter The tastes of winter" Let's get writing!

Winter smells as soft as a hint of cinnamon in a pie of apples. Tastes as light as a single snowflake piling onto your eyelashes. And looks as wild as your eyes the last time we said goodbye.
