Thanks for posting some of these recipes over again! I would have totally missed that potato and leek soup and it sounds right up my alley.
It took me a while but now I am completely in love with fennel! There is actually a ton of wild fennel that grows behind my house. It smells wonderful (though I havent tried cooking it...)
@nokcha Strangely enough, I've kind of gotten into chewing on fennel straight... Apparently in India, the seeds are chewed to aid digestion after a meal. You can even buy them candy coated.
