Naughty Dog's Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End was previewed in depth at the Sony Playstation Experience. The game will be available late in 2015. Here is the plot teaser we got: "Several years after his last adventure, retired fortune hunter, Nathan Drake, is forced back into the world of thieves. With the stakes much more personal, Drake embarks on a globe-trotting journey in pursuit of a historical conspiracy behind a fabled pirate treasure. His greatest adventure will test his physical limits, his resolve, and ultimately what he’s willing to sacrifice to save the ones he loves." The first video will show 16:00 minutes of gameplay is through the eyes of Nathan Drake as he takes us through beautiful caves and caverns, cliff faces and rock formations covered in foliage, enemy firefights, and finally meeting up with Nathan's brother. The next images are 1920x1080 stills from the gameplay. Feel free to use these as wallpapers! The last video is an in-depth discussion regarding the graphics of Uncharted 4, specifically the lighting. If you aren't careful, you will miss some of the most beautiful and intricate lighting design in any video game. Make sure to check this out! I know I'm really excited about this game. The massive amounts of foliage, the open ended ways to conquer missions, the new stealthy aspects, and the attention to detail in the graphics department all make this game a must for me!
This game looks amazing! I can't wait for its release. The combat looks incredible compared to the other games in the series. Hopefully, it has a lengthy campaign to go along with it.
@sanityscout I'm glad you liked the info! The environment was amazing. At first glance (before they get to the jungle in the trailer) I was hopping for more foliage. Then I realized, wow there is a lot.
This really does have it all, thanks, @hunahuna! It looks like they really did do an amazing job with this environment, which of course is crucial when it comes to the point of this game. Great stuff! Can't wait to play it.
