what a great idea
The coffee/espresso ones.... is that just freezing prepared coffee? Or can you do a bean extract to make them even stronger?
These are so pretty!
The herb ones are really pretty! This would be a really great way to make a rosemary lemonade :)
A beet juice ice cube sounds brilliant!

Choosing the Right Tea to Match Your Mood
We as humans tend to experience multiple moods that come and go without any notice and quite frankly, it can get really frustrating. A kind gesture from a stranger can make your entire day. But, all of a sudden, an inconsiderate jerk pushes past you in order to get the last available seat on the subway and then an immediate transformation occurs. That one quick, yet affective gesture has officially dampened your high spirits and whiplashed you into another mood you really didn’t want to be in. Instead of being heavily medicated and secluding yourself in your room during a Netflix binge, grab a cup of tea and let its natural ingredients do the healing. Common cold: Elderflower Avoiding the common cold is inevitable sometimes. You feel yourself being cautious when you’re in public spaces, yet you still manage to pick it up after you used about half a gallon of hand sanitizer. Elderflower tea relieves the symptoms of a common cold. It has a gentle and pleasant tea, so it’s welcoming to people of all ages, especially young kids. It contains antiviral and immune boosting effects, so it can tackle flu symptoms and other common cold problems. Stressed: Lemon Balm Maybe you have to meet a strict deadline for work. Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed because finals are approaching and you’re trying to cram in last minute study sessions. You have found that physically you’re exhausted, but the gears running in your mind won’t seem to shut off. Lemon balm aids relaxation and calmness. The oils in lemon balm contain chemicals that relax muscles, particularly in the stomach and bladder, and calms future anxieties you may be experiencing. Slow metabolism: Green Tea Whether you’re looking to shed a couple extra pounds, or simply speed up your metabolism, green tea has proven to be very beneficial in EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate), an ingredient known to speed up metabolism. Try to make it a habit of consuming 4-6 cups a day in order to notice a significant change in energy level. Sleepless nights: Chamomile Chamomile tea is strictly herbal based, so it doesn’t contain any caffeine, which is the main ingredient for keeping someone up in the first place. The tea itself has a unique, sweet, and floral aroma and will have a drowsiness effect on you. Your local grocery store should have brands like Celestial Seasonings and Traditional Medicinals, which are two of my favorite brands; however, if you’re feeling adventurous, you can even go as far as drying out the flowers and brewing them yourself. Bloated: Peppermint Peppermint has been known to help fatigue and stomach problems. It calms your internal systems and is extremely useful if you over-indulge in a late night meal or food loaded with sugars and fibers that the body finds hard to absorb. Next time you’re feeling uncomfortable because you maybe had one too many slices of cake, try and drink some peppermint tea to settle your stomach and reduce bloating. Nauseous: Ginger Tea Soon to be mothers have claimed that Ginger has helped them during pregnancy sickness. If you make this tea from grated root ginger, it will provide even more benefits. First, you want to steep two teaspoons in boiled water. Then, let it sit until it’s cool. Finally, sip on it casually, and you should find your nausea disappearing. Try not to consume more than three teaspoons a day.

The best selection of shavers for sensitive skin #1 A good shaver is easy to remove your beard The human beard is divided into two basic lines: hard and soft. Soft whiskers easily remove the root when using a shaver, but hard whiskers are difficult to clean if the machine is not strong enough. Based on the above characteristics of the two types of beard, the manufacturers have released two basic shaving blades: the high straight beard and the automatic rotating blade. #2 The shaver has a straight blade Straight blade, the fixed path in one direction. Often this model is fitted with a very sharp blade or has an improved version by assembling multiple thin blades to create a powerful shave, quickly eliminating the hardest whiskers. The advantage of this razor line is a strength, but the disadvantage is that mobility is not flexible on locations with "terrain" as difficult as armpits, chests ... #3 The shaver has an automatic rotating blade The structure of this series of shavers is special in that: the blade is navigated around like a fan. This makes it easier to clean the beard for those with skeletal faces and makes it convenient for women who want to clean armpits and other areas. The number of razors varies by machine, which can be 2, 3 or only 1. The more knives, the more whiskers are cleaned in a second, saving time for people. The rotary oscillator's torque is not as strong as the one with straight blades, which is suitable for those with softer beards. In addition to the choice of a razor blade, you can also choose the machine according to the energy source used. The market is providing users with three models: a battery-operated shaver, a direct electric shaver, and a line of shavers that incorporate both direct and battery-operated plugs ( A full charge of the battery is available. In it, the battery-powered shaver, and the battery charger are more popular because of convenience. There are also direct electric shavers but few people choose it. #4 Battery-powered shaver The common battery for the device is battery 2A. If it is your battery, it will last about 3-6 months. When buying batteries in combination with the later use time will be reduced, 2 -4 months will replace the battery once. The advantage of this series is that you can easily carry it anywhere, regardless of the power source, just the battery is okay. The downside is to make your beard jammed when you accidentally run out of battery (this situation often happens to people with a long beard). #5 Electric shaver With an electric shaver, there is a higher degree of stability in the particle process. Those with a long beard can safely remove the beard without worrying about running out of battery. You can call this a series of versatile shavers, owning this rechargeable product, users will get a lot of benefits: No need to carry the battery. Only one charge can be used for 15 days (the duration of the machine is 1 to 3 minutes per day according to high quality or medium quality). Stable energy, not worrying about using, but the machine stopped. The line of shavers has a slightly higher price than the two shavers, and the higher the brand, the more the price difference. A good electric shaver needs to meet your needs. If you are a regular user of a shaver (once a day or several times a week), the shaver you use should be a reputable brand, at a high price. If you use less, you should learn about the cheap, popular shaver. A good shaver must give you a comfortable grip. The problem you need to keep in mind to get a good shaver is the design of the machine. Each company's shaver will have different designs. The machine is straightened, the machine is curved, there is a little more comfortable. In these models, the model has a curved shape (razor head inward) that will hold the face closer than the other shaver shapes. Thanks to that, they help you clean the beard quickly, and you don't have to adjust the body too much. You also need to be aware of the size of the shaver body. Big hands should choose round, large diameter shavers to hold firmly. Small hands use small, medium-sized shavers to prevent hand fatigue and flexibility in moving machines. A good shaver is a machine that can replace the blade at a low cost The blade of a high-powered beard can last for a long time (at least 1 year). After that time you want to replace the razor, or for some other reason that forces you to change the razor, high-powered beard replacement devices will help you limit your expenses to the maximum. To buy the "most pleasant" razor for your wallet, the device you choose should also be an easy-to-use razor classification. Do not buy too rare items to avoid difficulties in buying razors later. When choosing to buy a replacement razor blade, you should look for shaving blades with the same manufacturer, minimizing the purchase of left-hand companies to avoid unexpected problems during use. A good electric shaver needs a good price -Based on your income level, you can either spend on your shaver. -The income is under 400 dollars, the machine is less than 50 dollars too reasonable. -An income of less than $600 can use a device with a price of over $75. Of course, if you can, and your preference is to use high-end items, choose yourself any shaver you want. A good shaver has a long-term warranty High-end beards rarely fail, but a machine with a long-term warranty is always a necessary precaution for you. Especially when you are a person with a heavy, hard set or a regular, continuous machine. Ideal warranty period, giving you the most comfortable feeling for 2 years, higher for 3 years. The best electric shaver is that the machine must have a clear origin. The origin of the product is partly to say the quality of the product and the benefits you will receive when you own the product. Shaver's from the US and Germany will be the most popular. After that, we can mention the brand of shavers from the US, Korea, Thailand, and Japan.

What A Coke Does To Your Body In 1 Hour
I'll be the first to admit that I love Coca Cola. But it's absolutely horrible for us. A very detailed infographic supplied by has officially proven again how bad Coke is for your body (WE KNOW). The American CDC has said that 25% of Americans drink soda on a regular basis which is a hefty reason why obesity has run rampant. Sugar is the main culprit since an average can of soda can contain 3 tablespoons of sugar and 4 tablespoons if in a 12-ounce-bottle. Coke is one of the most popular soft drinks in the United States with a massive marketing empire so there will never be a day where we won't see it somewhere. But there comes a time where you need to take a moment and see what you're putting into your body. Let's take a look : All it takes is ONE Coke : First 10 Minutes : 10 teaspoon of sugar hit your system. (100% of your recommended daily intake.) You don't immediately vomit from the overwhelming sweetness because phosphoric acid cuts the flavor allowing you to keep it down. In 20 Minutes : Your blood sugar spikes, causing an insulin burst. Your live responds to this by turning any sugar it can get its hands on into fat. (There's plenty of that at this particular moment.) In 40 Minutes : Caffeine absorption is complete. Your pupils dilate, your blood pressure rises, as a response your liver dumps more sugar into your bloodstream. The adenosine receptors in your brain are now blocked preventing drowsiness. In 45 Minutes : Your body ups your dopamine production stimulating the pleasure centers of your brain. This is physically the same way heroin works, by the way. In 60 Minutes : The phosphoric acid binds calcium, magnesium, and zinc in your lower intestine providing a further boost in metabolism. This is a compounded by high doses of sugar and artificial sweeteners also increasing the urinary excretion of calcium. After 60 Minutes : The caffeine's diuretic properties come into play. (It makes you have to pee.) It is now assured that you'll evacuate the bonded calcium, magnesium, and zinc that was headed to your bones as well as sodium, electrolyte and water. As the rave inside of you died down you'll start to have a sugar crash. You may become irritable and/or sluggish. You've also now, literally, pissed away all the water that was in theCoke. But not before infusing it with valuable nutrients your body could have used for things like having the ability to hydrate your system of build strong bones and teeth. Why you should care? - Coke weakens bones and teeth. - Increases your chance for getting diabetes. - It slows your metabolism, especially long term. - Aspartame in the soda leads to disease and organ irritation. - Coke has negative affects on fertility. - It leads to weight gain. - Can worsen asthma or increase risk for heart disease. - Cancer, Osteoporosis, and Kidney issues are common in people who drink soda. - It's expensive to continually buy it. - Diet sodas are a scam and false advertising. All soda is bad for you. - No nutritional value. - Raised cholesterol and specifically increased belly fat. Do I need to say more? Coke or soda for that matter is never a good idea. (But don't worry, I still love it.)
