Sentosa Worldwide to offer a resort-like retirement home in Umalas, Bali
For a long time, Bali has been the main tourism destination in Indonesia. The island’s natural vista and local culture are only some of its main attractions that visitors can enjoy when visiting the region.
While many holiday makers choose Bali to have a tropical vacation during their short visit and many expats stay a little longer due to their jobs, there are also visitors who consider the island a suitable retirement home. To cater to this market, Sentosa Worldwide Resorts recently launched a property called Sentosa Residence Umalas on Jl. Bumbak Dauh in Kerobokan.
The Sentosa Residence Umalas aims to provide not only a home for retirees but also a community and a lifestyle that is chic and sophisticated, secure, comfortable and affordable. It offers cutting edge, fully integrated resort-style living through 113 residences set on 6.5 hectares of beautifully landscaped gardens.
In addition to one-bedroom villas, its Bahamas-style houses also offer the choice of two- and three-bedroom premium villas featuring private garden, sundeck and swimming pool. Facilities such as a 24-hour medical centre, a gourmet deli, international restaurants, world-class spa, residence clubhouse with Olympic-sized swimming pool, fully equipped gymnasium and an outdoor cinema are conveniently available as well.
“This is our effort to cater to people who want a house with resort-like facilities. Nestled in Seminyak, one of Bali’s most desirable neighborhoods, we are ready to offer them the comfort and security of a five-star resort,” said Sentosa Worldwide Resorts CEO Ian Duffel.
With the well-developed Seminyak area only a 10-minute drive away from the property, Sentosa Residence Umalas’ villas are expected to be available by the first quarter of 2016 with a starting price of US$199,000 to $699,000 which includes elegant furnishings and decor.
