Hello Fitness Community!
Hi everyone! I am happy to announce that I will be returning for another quarter as Fitness Moderator :) Since this is the beginning of a new year, I am sure many of you have resolutions that involved finally getting fit and healthy, and I'd love to help with that! Here are some of my goals for 2015: - Increase my flexibility (especially in my hips) - Improve my walking mile time (no more strolling!) - Build upper body strength (I just hate push ups) What about all of you? If you are curious about any aspect of Fitness just let me know and I'll try to get some helpful content up for you ASAP. Again, I'm so excited for this fresh new quarter and I look forward to watching our physical health and community improve :)

Very interested in yoga, meditation, stretching and overall toning. I'll be 48 in January so I'm concerned about losing muscle mass as I age. Oh, I love your Fitness Moderator, adorable.
