homemade Spanish -style tuna sardines
You got to try this dish, it's so delicious! Here I used 2 lbs of tuna steak, 1 small can of tomatoe sauce, lots of minced garlic, tbs of whole peppercorn, 1 sliced whole yellow onion, 1 cut up Anahiem pepper, 1/4 c chicken broth ,1/4 c of olive oil and generous amount of sea salt. I then arranged all the ingredients in a glass baking dish ( just because its acidic so I used glass) then added the liquids and cover with foil and baked it in 350 oven for 11/2 hr Serve it with rice, trust me ... its sooooo good! My picky husband had seconds :)
