In order to get the perfect 'big butt' ('m not talking about the big butt you get from eating Snickers and sitting around all day...) you need to make sure you're eating the right foods as well as doing the right exercises. I'm going to break the list into Super Proteins and Super Foods which contain the perfect amount of nutrients to burn fat, build muscle, and get your body to have the curves that you want. Pair these foods with exercise 3 times a week and you'll be on your way. 1. Super Proteins! Super Proteins are foods that are low in saturated fat and high in the protein that your body needs to run. I'm calling these Super Proteins because they contain all of the nutrients necessary to build muscle. These muscle building foods are absorbed in a way that lets the protein be more easily utilized by the body and, thus, giving you a big butt with the right exercises! Eggs Fish (Salmon, Tuna, Tilapia) Poultry (Chicken, Turkey) Beans/ Legumes Lean Red Meat Whey 2. Super Foods! Healthy fats and healthy carbs that are absolutely necessary for a balanced diet and big butt development (lol!) Don't try to cut out all carbs, you'll be doing yourself a disservice. Healthy fats actually helps fat loss, your body holds onto fat if it doesn't eat fat. Listed below are 'super foods' which are rich in vitamins and minerals, have tons of antioxidants and will help assist your body in protein usage, aka how to get a bigger butt! Mixed Nuts Leafy Green Vegetables Broccoli Tomatoes Sweet Potatoes Quinoa Oatmeal (Not Instant) Berries
