Cavs Trade 2 First Rounders for Timofey Mozgov
The Cavs are in panic mode. They have no center. They are struggling to buy into their coach’s vision. They are 19-16 into their "Big 3” inaugural season, and things seem to be unraveling quickly. Enter the Denver Nuggets. Now, I, as a Knicks fan, am weary of any trades with the Nuggets. I, of course, feel like this because of the way that they robbed the Knicks in that Anthony trade. The Nuggets look for desperation in other teams, and they prey on it. This is what the Timofey Mozgov trade was all about. The Cavs paid 2 future first round picks (one a potential lottery pick) for the right to suit up Mozgov as their starting center. For those who worry, you did not miss anything on Mozgov. He did suddenly become a hidden budding star in Denver. He is, at best, an average center. He is averaging 8.5 ppg, 7.8 rebounds per game, and 1.17 blocks per game. He still has stone hands, and is not a strong defender. So why did Cavs pay such a high price? LeBron signed a 1 year contract. Kevin Love is in the final year of his contract. No one is saying that they have plans to leave, but wouldn’t they leave if they think that Cleveland is too difficult a path for them? Would Lebron no bail if he thought he had a much better chance to cement his legacy somewhere else? He already has. And that is what has the Cavs so worried. And that is why you have the Nuggets reaping the benefits of this lopsided trade...

@Goyo Agree with you, this was a stupid trade. Cavs Front Office should be ashamed of themselves. I can see "the decision" or whatever the hell that stupid drama was about Lebron's next stop being LA plastered across television in the summer.
