I hate and like them. Their funny to ride over but I hate when I'm going up hill or just cruising and it slows me down so that I have kick again.
They're for blind people
if I'm going top speed those make me wobble from time to time. so annoying.

And @BradSBadEmd I'm pretty sure that I'm the only one that likes those! If I'm going down a hill on a public sidewalk those really help me slow down.
