Alright ladies and gentlemen, I see you clipping that 'Better Butt Workout' and "Yoga for Perfect Thighs" but I'm here to call you all out. Are you actually DOING these workouts!?
I am notorious for clipping anything from recipes to DIY to news articles that I'm 'saving for later' and never return to. So here I am, making a change! If you're reading this and you haven't actually tried one of these routines you've saved, it's the end of the week (the first week of 2015!) so let's do one of them. Any one!
Or, if you're way too busy or you're reading this in public. Why not do some secret fitness that you can do anywhere?
1. Tighten your stomach muscles as tight as they can go. Hold for 30 seconds and release. Give yourself a bit of recovery then do it again. Repeat as often as you can for flat abs!
2. Point your toes as much as you can and hold for 5 seconds, then flex your feet so your toes are trying to point to your knees. Do this as often as you can for thinner calves.
