Crispy Hash Brown Waffle
If you tried homemaking your hash brown from scratch and never seem to get it right, this is the trick for you. Grill it in a waffle iron for a mess-free, foolproof, and crispy hash brown. You can either use frozen packed shredded potatoes or grate your own. If you're making it from scratch follow this method: 1. Grate two medium potatoes onto a paper towel, sprinkled it with salt, then cover it and gently twist it to get excess moisture out. 2. Preheat waffle iron and brush it with oil. Then place the grated potato in there until it's golden brown. Easy-peezy right?

I am in love with this! Good idea @iluvduriam31 I'd add some scallions to this and maybe something to spice it up. Any suggestions (besides hot sauce)?
