These snacks are not only healthy at any time of the day, but also can help you feel sleepier and wake up feeling refreshed! 1. String Cheese One serving of this snack contains filling protein and fat, so you feel satiated—and it only packs about 80 calories. Cheese also packs the amino acid tryptophan, which may help make you drowsy 2. Bowl of Cereal Don't go for the sugary stuff - that will only wake you up. Rather than apples and peanut butter, sometimes I just take a spoonful of peanut butter to bed with me :)
I love having a little bowl of Special K and unsweetened soy milk when I'm having the late night munchies. It's like my equivalent of a bowl of ice cream.
@peppermintt Hahahahaa that happened to me a couple weeks ago. I can't lie. I can down bowls of Special K like nobody's business.
