I really try to get as much Vitamin C as possible. I start my day with grapefruit whenever I can :)

Ever since starting to take a multi vitamin my skin has improved to much!

Vitamin C is about the only vitamin I make an effort to take, but I try to invest in moisturizers that contains retinoids.
