Low Calorie Snacks to Keep You Slim!
Working out and sticking to a healthy diet is just no fun without a little snack-action! I pulled together some snack ideas that will fill you up, excite your taste buds, and not kick you off the healthy-eating track! Flip through the pictures or this list for inspiration :) 1. 30 pistachios 2. 2 hard boiled eggs 3. 1/2 small bagel, 1oz smoked salmon, 1 tbsp cream cheese 4. 1 cup steamed edamame 5. 1 medium apple and 2 tsp peanut butter 6. 1/2 cup low fat yogurt, 1tsp honey, 1/2 raspberries 7. 1/2 apple and 1 slice of cheddar cheese 8. 3 tbsp chocolate chips and 8 pistachios 9. 1 cup red bell pepper, 1/2 cup black beans, 2 tbsp guacamole 10. 25 almonds 11. 1 avocado 12. 1/2 english muffin and 1 tbsp cream cheese 13. 1/2 cup frozen yogurt 14. 1/2 english muffin, slice of tomato, slice of mozzarella 15. 6oz greek yogurt, 1 cup strawberries 16. 10 carrot sticks and 2 tbsp dip 17. 8 tortilla chips and 1/2 cup salsa 18. 1/4 cup hummus and raw veggies
