A return to what I love most about lace: innocence. This is an original 1950s lace and tulle bridal gown. Although I found it on Etsy through Shop Pop Pop Vintage, this wedding dress is no longer available! NOOOO!!!! I am really in love with this dress because it is super feminine and lacy, yet flirty because it doesn't touch the ground. The lace sleeves and high collar keep the bride modest, which is so pretty. About the dress: Vintage 1950s Chantilly lace and tulle construction Illusion neckline and Scalloped stand up collar Fitted bodice with full skirt Satin cord trimmed "Victorian Revival" V shape front waistline Lace covered button back Long sleeves with angled buttoned sleeve hem Tiered tulle inner skirt for extra fullness High quality heavyweight satin lining Unique ruffle tulle trimmed Chantilly lace design on outer skirt Original pearl & tulle tiara and headband veil included! Price is unknown This is a dress that I would have a great deal of fun wearing. It's totally my personality. Just can't believe it's no longer available. I wonder if I could take these pictures to a seamstress to have made...I wonder if that's something too expensive...what do you think I should do? Should I move on or try to have this made? Thank you.
this would look great for your Tiffany blue themed wedding @daniachicago
Thank you @marshalledgar I thought so too. But I'm not going to stress over it. My mom adores this as well.
@danidee I think it's called tea-length.
I love the length of the skirt. What is that called again? I feel like there's a specific name for it.
When is your wedding @daniachicago?
