Weeks fly by int he world of football and I can't believe it's Sunday night already but here's the big rumours from this weekend: 1. Barcelona's Busquets is set to talk to many clubs including Arsenal, Man City, Chelsea, and Man United. (Source: http://www.dailystar.co.uk/sport/football/421967/Chelsea-keeping-tabs-4m-France-Under-21-ace-Abdoulaye-Doucoure) 2. Real Madrid are not commenting on speculation that they will sell Benzema. (Source: http://www.dailystar.co.uk/sport/football/421961/Arsenal-Liverpool-Man-Utd-RED-ALERT-Real-Madrid-open-Karim-Benzema-sale) 3. West Brom are reported to be very close to signing Wigan's Callum McManaman. (Source: http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/west-brom-edging-closer-45m-5041594) 4. Tottenham are considering submitting a bid for Burnley's Ings. (Source: http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/tottenham-danny-ings-transfer-5041479) 5. Daniel Sturridge has returned to full training for Liverpool. (Source: http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/daniel-sturridge-returns-full-training-8513593) My Thoughts: 1. Busquets is a great player. Premier League interest is justified. 2. He's not good enough for the squad. The no comment is basically like a "he's available" or "it's in the works" kind of thing. 3. Good fit for the Baggies. Expect it. 4. Ings is hotly wanted. We're been hearing stories like this all season. 5. Expect him back probably around the time of their FA Cup 4th Round Replay in 9 days time.
@CitySarajevo No I don't think so far as I can remember.
@Spudsy2061 Toure hasn't resigned yet?
@CitySarajevo For City certainly a more dynamic option. Lampard's filled that role well for Yaya Toure and I don't think the situation with him's been settled so if Toure goes they have an excellent replacement.
What can Busquets offer?
