Here's a quick solution to wake up your eyes and reduce the puffiness. Run to your kitchen and grab two tea bags. Steep 2 bags of your choice of tea in hot water for three to five minutes. Let it cool until the bags are warm to the touch. Lie down, close your eyes, and place a tea bag over each eye for 10-15 minutes. Once you remove the tea bags you'll notice your eyes will be less puffy. Why it works: Caffeinated teas help constrict blood vessels and reduce swelling, while herbal teas (especially chamomile) contain anti-irritants that soothe redness and inflammation. If you want to save time: Store the cooked tea bags in the refrigerator and apply to eyes when need a quick pick-me-up.

I have actually used this and it really works! Just dont get tea all over your pillowcase like someone I know (me) did hahahah
