Bagel is my favorite on-the-go breakfast. When I'm in a rush I would layer cream-cheese on the bagel and pop out the door. When I have a couple minutes to spare, an egg + veggie bagel will do. I simply put egg whites and spinach in the microwave for a minute and a half. Then complete the bagel sandwich with slices of tomato and avocado.

Totally trying this at work!! I hate making eggs and then having them sit around until lunch. Now I can make them right away so they're fresh :)
That actually sounds really easy. I'll have to try this when I'm headed out the door for school. The Alternative Bagel from Western Bagels is my favorite go-to bagel brand because they're low calorie and high in fiber, but taste just like regular bagels.
@danidee Never heard of that brand. Is sold in local grocery stores?
@mikayla It is! It's usually with the rest of the bagels and bread products. I think it's one of those brands that people don't really realize are there until they're looking for it because I remember when my sister recommended them to me, I didn't even realize they were there either!
