Finding great roads to ride should be a priority for every cyclist. Quiet, flowing, undulating roads are hard to beat and you'll get far more out of riding on roads like this than busy, dead straight major roads. First up, go old school. Get a map (or don't go old school and use Google Maps) for the local area and look for roads that match your desired characteristics. Your local bike shop and cycling club will also know all the best roads to ride - in fact, they may hold regular club or shop rides on those exact roads. Next, try Garmin Connect or Strava. Type in your desired area and see the segments appear.

I've used google maps if I'm unfamiliar with an area. If you are patient with it, it will work really well
